  • Support and develop the accounts receivable sub-ledger management system and ancillary processes, which track customer account billing, mange disputes and support collection activity. 
  • Partner with team members to develop and improve billing dispute and collection work flows and identify areas of opportunity for system improvement and automation.
  • Perform complex audits and analysis to identify issues negatively impacting customers and users to identify and pursue root cause resolution.  Collaborate with management and process stakeholders to drive root cause resolution for highly problematic issues. 
  • Leading cross-functional teams charged with assessment of existing application subsystems and control environment.  Drive an integrated plan to identify control gaps, define and implement process and technical solutions.  Identify process and or system improvements, which will facilitate improved customer and user experience. 
  • Manage system development projects from concept through to implementation, including development of business case and ROI analysis. 
  • Develop business requirements documents to support system changes and work with development teams through JAD processes improve system design.
  • Develop and implement user acceptance test plans to ensure quality delivery of system requirements into the production environment.  Perform maintenance regression testing where necessary.
  • Manage communication of system initiatives with stakeholders. Conduct system training where necessary.  Assist with training and developing the technical and analytical skills of new or less experienced team members.  



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or Business required.
  •  3-5 years of relevant experience required with demonstrated technical expertise in system planning and development. 
  • Exceptional technical skills, especially detailed understanding SDLC and related processes.  Ideal candidate with have Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Demonstrated organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.  Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills combined with the ability to work under pressure, support multiple assignments, with exceptional attention to detail.
  •  This position requires a balance of application technical skills, project management, highly developed analytical skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and negotiate conflicts across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change.  Strong project management skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment within our team as well as other business groups.
  • This position requires an individual with a strong personal desire to ensure we produce the highest quality product for our customers every day, capable of independent decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
  • Some travel may be required.
