  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment; high inbound call volume, multitasking
  • Resolve customer issues regarding billing, products, services
  • Use multiple online resources and computer systems to solve customer problems
  • Provide basic troubleshooting on service and equipment issues
  • Provide wireless solutions to best suit the needs of the customer
  • Adapt to changes at work
  • Adhere to structured schedules and shifts
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating effectively with customers over the phone

$1,000 Sign On Bonus

Benefits starting day one:

  • $13.46 per hour ($28,000 per year) with 10% shift differential for shifts starting after 2pm (resulting in $14.80 per hour) and 35% shift differential pay on Sundays (resulting in $18.17 per hour)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 12 months of Customer Service related experience or an Associate’s Degree or higher
