Effective May 20, 2016, Verizon will no longer offer Dial-Up Internet Access service. If this is your primary way of connecting to the internet you will need to find an alternate service provider. Some available options may include America Online (AOL), NetZero and Earthlink as well as data plans from a variety of providers. Verizon offers Fios and High Speed Internet service where available.
Despite this change you will continue to have access to your verizon.net email account through webmail.verizon.com or other third-party email clients.
