Entering the network security key
  1. Enter your network's security encryption key (WPA2, WPA, or WEP) in the Security key field. Your router was configured by the manufacturer to use WEP encryption and includes the WEP key on a label affixed to the bottom or side of your Verizon 9100EM or 9100VM router.
    • If you have improved your network encryption by upgrading to WPA2 or WPA encryption, enter your updated encryption key.
    • If you have forgotten your network encryption key, you can access your router's configuration utility to find it.
