Requesting, Checking Status, or Rescheduling Repair Service Online Request Repair You can request repair service using Verizon's online troubleshooter.
Note Repair dates are the same whether you apply for repair online or from the Call Center. Check Repair Status or Reschedule You can check the status of a pending repair request or reschedule it online.
To check the status of your repair request, follow the provided directions that are available on the Repair Status page.
In addition, the Repair Status page provides your ticket status and the appointment window when the repair service will visit. While there, you can modify your comments, notification preferences, or reschedule (or cancel) your appointment.
