    If you truely wish to cancel your Verizon service, please call us at 1-800-VERIZON (1-800-837-4966).

    • Your call may be transferred to ensure that you reach the correct representative

    • Cancellation service for your phone is available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm local time.
