High Demand for Enterprise IT Managers to Fill Cloud Leadership Roles

From IT departments to executive suites, there is a prominent skills gap in cloud-based technologies—and companies are feeling the pain. As organizations around the globe struggle to fill cloud leadership positions, a major talent shortage is looming. A recent study by International Data Corporation (IDC) found that less than half of all European companies are prepared to support cloud projects, while 61 percent strive to train their employees in this area.

With accelerated innovation in the IT industry, enterprises face a growing challenge to hire enterprise managers with the knowledge and expertise to implement and run a successful cloud computing strategy.
