MCI Completes Acquisition Of NetSec

ASHBURN, Va., February 28, 2005 - MCI (NASDAQ: MCIP) today announced the completion of its acquisition of NetSec, Inc., a privately-held international provider of managed and professional security services, for $105 million in cash.
