With Hurricane Joaquin churning its way through the Atlantic Ocean, now it the time to focus on preparing for potential impact to the East Coast of the United States, and to businesses with operations in the storm’s path. While the track of the storm continues to change, Verizon Enterprise Solutions continues its preparations to support its customers throughout the latest weather event to hit the United States.

Our mission is to deliver a reliable network experience at all times, and we have teams of people focused on doing just that during this storm.  We have put redundancies in place across our network facilities, including back-up batteries and generators in key areas to help maintain power in the event of commercial power outages. These systems have been tested and fueled, and stand ready to deliver services to help our customers keep their businesses running.

Our operations teams are closely monitoring the storm, its path and any potential impact on our network. We will deploy repair technicians as quickly as possible, and our employees and resources are ready to respond to the needs of customers during and after the storm. Medium business and enterprise customer with concerns or issues should contact Verizon through their regular points of contacts or customer service centers.

We are working to ensure our teams are in the right place and available to continue to answer questions. Customers can also access the Enterprise Center. Verizon Wireless consumer and small business customers can visit this website for storm-related information and emergency preparedness tips. We will continue to provide updates, with the next one planned for Oct. 5.
