BEDMINSTER, NJ - Bell Atlantic Mobile is now offering the
Motorola StarTAC® 7860W as the third digital wireless phone available
for use with its Web Access service, which provides access to the World
Wide Web into the hands of consumers.

Using Web-enabled digital wireless phones like the ST7860W with a
built-in microbrowser, Web Access customers can surf the Web, send and
receive e-mail, get real-time stock market analysis and quotes, and set up
customized personal Web pages.*

With Web Access, customers benefit from a wireless personal organizer
and access to close to 20 leading content providers for online travel
information and reservations, real-time airline flight status reports, door-
to-door travel directions, and more. Web Access service is available for
$9.95 a month, in addition to a customer's DigitalChoice® voice price
plan, which start as low as $19.95 for monthly access.

The ST7860W, a member of Motorola's most popular wireless phone line,
is one of the smallest and lightest CDMA digital phones, weighing just 4.4
ounces.

Advanced features built into the ST7860W include faxing capabilities*;
up to four hours of talk time and more than one week of stand-by time; a
smart button to simplify access of feature menus, scrolling and placing
calls; and a short messaging service allowing users to receive and store up
to 20 short alphanumeric messages*. The phone is priced starting at $240.
