To meet the growing demand for wireless communications,
Bell Atlantic Mobile has opened its' 43rd communications store in the
Northeast region, and it's 16th in Massachusetts, located at 754 Boylston
Street, Boston, Mass. As part of the store's grand opening festivities,
Bell Atlantic Mobile will be thanking Boston for ranking the company highest
in overall customer satisfaction among wireless users in Boston.
This is the third consecutive year the company earned this recognition
from J.D. Power and Associates. To celebrate, a giant cake, in the shape
of the J.D. Power Award, will be served from Noon to 2 p.m. On November
28th, Red Sox shortstop, Nomar Garciaparra, will make a personal appearance
at the store from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. Bell Atlantic Mobile's newest communication
store is a full service retail outlet, providing customers with a showroom,
customer service area, and a wireless phone repair center.
The store will be staffed by a team of wireless communications consultants
specially trained to customize Bell Atlantic Mobile's services and applications
for all lifestyles. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 8
p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11a.m. to 5 p.m. The store's
