BELL ATLANTIC NETWORK INTEGRATION APPOINTS JOEL MOSS
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND
MARKETING


Frazer, Pa. - Bell Atlantic Network Integration (BANI)
today announced
the appointment of Joel S. Moss to the position of executive vice
president of sales and marketing. As a member of BANI's top management
team, he will be responsible for marketing, field sales, network
systems engineering and sales operations.

"Joel's entrepreneurial achievements demonstrate a special ability
to
develop new business concepts and relationships that will deliver
immediate results to BANI," said Jack Sweeney, BANI's
president and
CEO. "With his more than 20 years of experience in the networking
industry, he'll be a great asset who will help us maintain our
leadership position in the network integration industry."

Moss joins BANI after serving as vice president and general manager of
Americas operations at UB Networks where he was responsible for direct
and channel sales and for strategic account development in North
America, the Federal District, and Latin America.

Prior to joining UB Networks, Moss was vice president for Global
Indirect Channels at Legent Corporation, and vice president of sales
for UNIX Systems Laboratories (USL). Moss' additional industry
experience includes ORACLE Corporation and Tandem Computers.

expands in the network integration, management and outsourcing
markets," said Moss.

Moss is a graduate of Temple University and holds a master's degree in
business administration from the University of Southern California.
He and his wife have two children and live in Great Falls, Va.
