CHARLOTTE, NC -- Fueled by the popularity of its DigitalChoice
SingleRatesm calling plans and flat rate wireless options in Charlotte, Bell
Atlantic Mobile is responding to growing customer demand by opening its
newest Communications Store today at 8020 Providence Road in the
Arboretum Shopping Center.

"Bell Atlantic Mobile is constantly striving to meet the demands of
our customers," said Michelle Stephens, Store Manager, "so,
we chose an extremely visible store location to provide the utmost
convenience for our patrons. The opening of our Arboretum store
provides greater accessibility for many of our current and future
customers, allowing us to provide them with the best possible service
available."

For customer convenience, the new facility will be open Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Beginning on June 6, the store will expand its hours to include Sundays
from 1:30 until 5:00 p.m.

In addition to the newest Communications Store, Bell Atlantic Mobile has
two other locations in Charlotte: 4724 Sharon Road, Suite 1, and 8720
