Verizon Wireless Names Assistant Manager At Pennsylvania's Granite Run Mall Communications Store

Verizon Wireless has named Paul Harnden assistant store manager for the company's retail location in Pennsylvania's Granite Run Mall. In his new position, Harnden will be responsible for customer service, new sales, employee training, billing and inventory.

"Paul's track record in providing outstanding customer service and knowledge about Verizon Wireless products and services will be invaluable in his role as assistant manager of the Granite Run Mall store," said Eric Krug, district manager.

Harnden has been with Verizon Wireless for ten years, where he most recently served as assistant manager at the company's Ardmore Communications Store. Harnden has received several recognitions for outstanding sales performance during his career with Verizon Wireless, including the company's prestigious President's Cabinet Award.

Harnden earned an undergraduate degree from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
