Verizon Wireless Names Bob Scalia Manager at Ocean County Mall Store

Verizon Wireless has named Bob Scalia store manager for the company's new retail location in the Ocean County Mall. In his new position, Scalia will be responsible for new sales, employee training, customer service, billing and inventory.
"Bob has a vast knowledge of Verizon Wireless retail sales," said Ria Tielman, district manager. "His proven success as a sales representative and his record providing outstanding customer service will allow him to lead the Ocean County Mall store."
Scalia began his wireless telecommunications career in 1994 as a sales representative at the company's Mt. Laurel store. While with Verizon Wireless, he has held the positions of kiosk supervisor in the Echelon Mall and assistant store manager in the Deptford Mall, Cherry Hill Mall and Woodhaven locations.
Scalia was part of the President's Cabinet in 1995 and 1996, an honor reserved for the top five percent of Verizon Wireless sales representatives.
