Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless provider, has named Bill Temer as director of sales operations for New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
In his new position, Temer will be responsible for leading, planning and directing business and data sales throughout New Mexico and in El Paso.
Temer brings extensive sales experience to his new role, most recently serving as Verizon Wireless' acting New Mexico branch manager. His sales experience in the wireless industry also includes work as the direct business sales manager, association account executive and business account executive. Prior to joining Verizon Wireless in 1998, Temer was a district manager for Mission Foods in New Mexico and El Paso. He also served as an area sales manager for the T.J. Lipton Co.
