Verizon Wireless Names Manager At Abington, Pennsylvania Communications Store Location

Verizon Wireless has named Charles Roberto manager for the company's retail location in Abington, Pa. In his new position, Roberto will be responsible for customer service, sales, employee training, billing and inventory.

"Charles' track record in providing outstanding customer service and his knowledge about Verizon Wireless voice and data products and services will be invaluable in his role as store manager of the Abington store," said Ria Tielman, district manager of stores.

Roberto most recently served as assistant store manager for the Abington Communications Store. Prior to this, Roberto was retail sales manager for the company's retail location in Tucson, Ariz. Prior to his career with Verizon Wireless, Roberto was an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Roberto received a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
