STI update
Big news from Tony and Sam: Our Board of Directors has approved a 103% performance modifier for 2024 for eligible employees participating in our Short-Term Incentive (STI) program.
Mark your calendars.
Here are some important Stock Together dates to note:
- February 3: It’s Dividend Day! Verizon shareholders will see the benefits in their upcoming payouts in their Stock Together accounts via Dividend Equivalent Units.
- March 1: Stock Together awards begin to vest, with payouts rolling out throughout the month.
- March 11: Final 1/3 of your 2022 Stock Together award.
- March 18: Second 1/3 of your 2023 award.
- March 25: First 1/3 of your 2024 award.
And stay tuned, details about the 2025 Stock Together grant are coming soon.
