Here’s a look at what’s happening around and inside Verizon today.

  • We’re getting an update from the LA Pride Parade where more than 300 V Teamers and their families represented Verizon over the weekend. We also offered customers a premium parade viewing experience via Verizon Up.
  • 5B, a documentary presented by RYOT, also premiered in LA during Pride Weekend festivities. The film focuses on the stories of the nurses and caregivers who went to extraordinary lengths to comfort, protect and care for the patients of the first HIV/AIDS ward unit in the United States at San Francisco General Hospital in 1983. The documentary will support (RED)’s fight to end AIDS, with a portion of 5B’s net proceeds going to support the work of the Global Fund.
  • Join us for our Pride webcast on Wednesday, June 12 at 3 PM ET/Noon PT. Watch it on our Facebook page.
