The week in review.
This Monday we started the week off with a special episode of Up To Speed highlighting Angel MedFlight, an air ambulance company in Arizona. They shared why having the best network is vital when you’re in the business of helping to save lives everyday.
On Wednesday, HSO member and V Teamer Marjorie Delgado hosted UTS as we kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month with the Nuestras Voces Unidas live webcast in Basking Ridge.
Thursday, we announced some exciting news: 5G is coming to NYC. We also opened our doors to give people a look inside Verizon with a livestream event from the BUILD series studio in New York.
And lastly, today is the day: the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max are officially released. Apple’s latest device hits stores today, and pre-orders will begin shipping out as well.
Hans hits the road.
Every quarter Hans hits the road to bring his staff meetings to new city. This past week Hans and his team were in Cary, NC, where they hosted an employee town hall and roundtable discussions. 5G NFL Mobile Gaming Challenge winners announced.
Verizon and NFL announced the winners of the Verizon 5G NFL Mobile Gaming Challenge. Game developers Colorfiction and Juncture Media will each receive $400,000 plus access to Verizon 5G Labs and 5G technology to create games that will premiere this year at Super Bowl 54.
