Verizon Fios tops American Customer Satisfaction Index for both Internet and TV
Verizon Fios Internet and TV customers are the most satisfied in the industry according to the 2016 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Conducted annually, the ACSI uses data from approximately 70,000 customers to analyze customer satisfaction with more than 300 companies in 43 industries.
When it comes to the TV and broadband industry, perhaps no major provider faces more competition than Verizon Fios. Virtually all Fios customers have other choices from cable and satellite providers, making customer satisfaction paramount.
And the competition has stepped up its game, with most cable providers showing improvement in their scores from 2015 and the industry’s score rising as a whole. But Fios TV remains the highest performing service in the Subscription Television Service Index, and Fios Internet improved its score by seven percent to take the top spot in the Internet Service Provider Index.
Fios is the most awarded network in the industry, with more than 50 awards in the last ten years. Most recently, PCMag readers named Fios Internet the 2016 PCMag Reader’s Choice for the eleventh straight year.
