PARAMUS, NJ — In response to the growing demand for the company's voice and data products and services, Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless provider, has opened two new kiosks in the Garden State Plaza. Both kiosks are located on the first floor of the New Jersey mall; one just outside Lord and Taylor's and the other near the mall's food court. The company also has a kiosk at the Paramus Park Mall and a Communications Store at 469 Route 17 South in Paramus.
"Demand for our wireless services is growing steadily, as more people take advantage of regional calling plans like SingleRateSM East and our popular Mobile Web services," said Sal Selvaggi, manager of the new kiosks. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The Garden State Plaza kiosks are two of 12 new retail locations Verizon Wireless plans to open this year in the New York Metro area to make shopping for wireless products and services easier and more convenient for customers. The new stores also will create more than 150 sales and customer service positions as well as business opportunities for local construction, architectural and real estate firms.
