SAN RAMON, CA — Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless provider, has appointed Barry Beasley as director of business sales for the Verizon Wireless Northern California/Nevada region.
In his new position, Beasley will be responsible for leading, planning and directing sales for the business and data markets throughout the Northern California/Nevada area. The region extends from California's border with Oregon, south to Santa Barbara and Bakersfield, and east to include Reno and all of northern Nevada.
Prior to joining Verizon Wireless, Beasley was the vice president and region market manager for Randstad Corporation, with responsibilities for business sales, planning, marketing and strategy. He has more than 26 years of experience in sales, production, logistics, finance and customer service. Beasley began his career with Thomas De La Rue Security Printers in Dunstable, England.
Beasley was educated in England and attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
