Verizon Wireless Names Kim Harrington Graver Pennsylvania District Manager - Retail Stores
TREVOSE, PA — Verizon Wireless has appointed Kim Harrington Graver to District Manager of Communications Stores for the Philadelphia Tri-State Region. In this position, she will oversee 12 communications stores and kiosks located in southern New Jersey and in Philadelphia, including Burlington, Cherry Hill, Deptford Mall, Echelon Mall, Mt. Laurel, Ocean County Mall, Hamilton Mall and Market Street East and 17th & Market Street in Center City, Philadelphia. In addition to Graver's management responsibilities, she will also be responsible for customer service, store personnel training, sales and operational compliance.
"Kim's management experience, commitment to customer service and in-depth knowledge about Verizon Wireless' products and services will be invaluable in her role as district manager," said Mike Maiorana, director of Communications Stores for Verizon Wireless' Philadelphia Tri-State Region.
Graver has spent her entire career in the field of retail sales. A Verizon Wireless employee for six years, she has held several positions with the company and most recently served as manager for the company's Mt. Laurel Communications Store. Prior to that, she served as manager and assistant manager of the Burlington Mall store and lead sales representative for the Cherry Hill store. Graver holds a bachelor's degree from Waynesburg College in Pennsylvania.
