Denver Broncos Fans Can Get Latest Team News on Verizon Wireless' TXT Messaging

DENVER — Fans of the two-time Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos can now get up-to-the-minute news on the team via TXT Messaging on their Verizon Wireless phones. "Coach's Corner," launched by the Denver Broncos and Verizon Wireless, lets fans sign up through www.vtext.com or www.DenverBroncos.com to receive the latest team and player news, scores, game recaps, injury updates and more.

"From our performance on the field to our efforts away from the game, we're excited to be able to use wireless technology to help our fans stay informed," said Greg Carney, vice president of marketing, Denver Broncos. "By offering Coach's Corner, we're providing another means for fans to be engaged with the team."

Available exclusively through Verizon Wireless, the operator of the nation's largest and most reliable network, the Denver Broncos provide the content for Coach's Corner alerts. Broncos fans who have Verizon Wireless TXT Messaging-capable phones can elect to receive the alerts.

Each alert costs two cents to receive and fans may choose how often they want to get the alerts. For fans that want the full benefits of two-way text messaging, TXT messaging packages are available with Verizon Wireless.
