LOS ANGELES and BEDMINSTER, NJ — FOX Sports Interactive Media (FSIM) and Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless provider, announced today that digests of FOX Sports-produced programming are now available on Verizon Wireless' new V CAST multimedia service. V CAST from Verizon Wireless is the first 3G wireless broadband consumer service in the country, allowing customers to view crystal clear short content on demand and 3D games because it runs on Verizon Wireless' Evolution-Data Optimized (EV-DO) network — the only widely available wide-area wireless broadband network in the United States. FOX Sports and FOX Sports Net (FSN) programming will be updated daily throughout each day. Regular programming includes video clips from "Best Damn Sports Show Period," "I, Max," "Beyond the Glory," a daily national update with "FOX Wire," plus extensive pre- and post- game coverage and interviews. Content from FSN also offers the displaced fan or the home-team fanatic video clips of in-depth coverage from its numerous Regional Sports Reports. Premier sporting events will also receive special coverage — in addition to daily video clips, FSIM will deliver exclusive programming from FOX NFL Sunday that will feature daily reports from Jacksonville from both teams, pre- and post-game press conferences from both teams, Media Day features, full coverage from "Totally Football," segments from the "Best Damn Sports Show Period" from Jacksonville (five scheduled shows plus a special on Sunday) and coverage game day from NFL on FOX — including pre-game and post-game shows.
