Verizon Wireless Moves To New Location In Frisco, Texas, And Hosts Ceremonial "Wire" Cutting

FRISCO, TX — In response to growing demand for the company's products and services, Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless provider, has opened a new retail location in Frisco. The new store is now open and assisting customers, and will hold its official grand opening on Tuesday, February 15 at 9:30 a.m. with a "wire" cutting ceremony conducted by Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

"Our new premier Frisco location provides customers with a larger store and convenient access to the nation's most advanced wireless network," said Luis M. Cruz, region president for Verizon Wireless. "As Frisco continues to grow, we are also expanding our network with additional cell sites to continue providing the highest level of service to our customers."

The new store features a variety of wireless products and services for customers including V CAST, a true 3G service bringing streaming video content to the phone, TXT and Picture Messaging, Get It Now® applications including downloadable ringtones and games, and high-speed wireless Internet connections with Verizon Wireless' NationalAccess and BroadbandAccess networks.
