Workshop instructions will include:
- The basic functions of your device;
- Services like TXT and PIX Messaging;
- How to use BroadbandAccess for fast downloads of data, e-mail and large attachments; and
- Using Wireless Sync for anytime connectivity with e-mail, calendar and contacts synchronization.
The workshops are part of Verizon Wireless' expanded suite of in-store services for users of advanced devices, including small business customers with up to 50 lines of service. The company's Communications Stores in greater Las Vegas now offer small business customers not only consultation on voice and data services, sales, activations, but also dedicated customer service.
