WHAT: Verizon Wireless' hosts grand opening celebration of its newest full service Communication Store in Seattle, conveniently located in Northcut Landing across from University Village Office Depot on 25th Ave NE. Seattle Mariner's pitcher Felix Hernandez and the Mariner Moose will sign autographs for fans. Verizon Wireless will present a donation to the University of Washington's Women's Center. There will also be radio remotes and giveaways. The company has invested $540 million in its Washington network and added 27 new retail locations over the last five years in response to increasing demand in the state for the company's products and services.
