CORNELIUS, NC — Wireless users in Cornelius are now experiencing increased coverage thanks to a new Verizon Wireless cell site, bringing customers the best in wireless voice and data services. Verizon Wireless customers will immediately experience enhanced coverage in the following areas:

  • Throughout the Peninsula community and along Jetton Road

  • Along West Catawba Avenue from I-77 to Westmoreland Road

The recent network enhancement enables more Verizon Wireless customers to use their wireless phones to make calls, send and receive e-mail and text, picture and video messages, access the Internet and download games and ringtones while enjoying superior wireless coverage.
