Verizon Wireless And Yasmin Davidds Ask Latino Youth At San Jose State To Mobilize Against Domestic Violence In California

Interview and photo opportunities with best-selling author and empowerment specialist Yasmin Davidds.

As part of the MOBILIZING VOICES™ program pioneered by Verizon Wireless and Yasmin Davidds, Davidds will engage students at the San Jose State University about domestic violence in the Latino community and share her story of survival. Students will also meet and discuss domestic violence with this year’s winners of the Mobilizing Voices Award — all survivors of domestic violence.

MOBILIZING VOICES is a culturally relevant domestic violence prevention and awareness program that calls upon Latino youth to empower themselves and help end the cycle of domestic violence within the community.
