The company topped the PCMag 2009 Service and Reliability Survey and received the Readers’ Choice Award for Cell Services.

Thousands of site visitors, who are all buyers of consumer electronics products, were asked to rate their favorite products and services across several industries from desktops and notebooks to cell phones and cell services. Verizon Wireless was among the best for cell phone coverage, customer service and call quality.
