CHANDLER, AZ — What/when:On June 7, 2011, Verizon Wireless deployed a Cell on Wheels (COW) to Nutrioso, Ariz. to provide wireless coverage and capacity for emergency crews battling the Wallow Fire. This is the second mobile cell site activated by the company in support of the wildfire relief effort.
