Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network Will Be Available In Hastings And Kearney, Nebraska, On Dec. 20

WHO:                                     Verizon Wireless, operator of the nation’s largest 4G LTE network and largest, most reliable 3G network

WHAT:                                  Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network is coming to Hastings and Kearney, Neb. on Dec. 20.  Verizon Wireless customers in these areas will be able to experience the speed and capabilities offered by the nation’s largest 4G LTE network when the company introduces the service on Dec. 20.  Both market’s coverage will link with existing coverage in Grand Island, Neb.

WHERE:       For Hastings, new coverage will include the city of Hastings as well as Axtell, Heartwell, Holdrege, Juniata, Kenesaw and Minden.  New coverage from Hastings will also extend west on U.S. Highway 6 to Holdrege and north on U.S. Highway 281 to Grand Island.

New 4G LTE coverage will also include the city of Kearney and Gibbon, Pleasanton and Ravenna.  Coverage from Kearney will extend east along U.S. Highway 30 and Interstate 80 to Gibbon and north along State Highway 10 to the Buffalo County line.  From Ravenna, new coverage will extend both east and northwest to the Buffalo County line.
