Say What? Someone's making NONsense of network reporting season
By: Mike Haberman, Vice President of Network Engineering, Verizon
A very interesting take by T-Mobile on the multiple third-party reports we've seen this summer. T-Mobile explains, from their viewpoint, the differing methodologies used by third parties to test wireless network performance. Then draw this conclusion: "T-Mobile and Verizon are neck and neck in virtually all of these tests."
Are we reading the same reports? Taking words straight from some of these reports, here are a few points that make the neck and neck claim difficult to understand.
