What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be using your technical expertise and sales skills to help develop wireless and networking solutions for our customers. Your role will involve identifying customer sales opportunities, conducting needs analysis, designing and developing wireless solutions, and managing solutions through to implementation. You will also work closely with partners from across the business to identify additional sales opportunities that most efficiently meet client needs. We are constantly innovating to bring the best cutting-edge technologies to our customers to enable them to work faster and smarter and you can be part of the team to make this happen.

  • Designing high-value Onsite LTE/5G, M2M, IoT and Fixed Wireless Access solutions.
  • Network, edge, and application layer data security and compliance standards.
  • Strategic analysis and comparison of competitive network security products and services.
  • Wireless network evolution and trends including but not limited to, 4G LTE-A/U, and 5G.
  • Work with the internal teams and the customer to develop solution architecture that addresses customer’s business challenges and helps them implement their use cases.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in the tech industry with experience in product development / management, pre-sales, customer-facing consulting or other relevant technical experience.
  • Experience architecting and developing LAN/WAN or large infrastructure and network solutions for enterprise and government customers.
  • Experience with cellular solutions, design, and deployment in areas such as DAS, Private LTE, 5G, RF management, cellular RAN technologies, and enhanced packet core.
  • Experience in solution design –ability to lead a design-related discussion with leading questions to fully vet solution requirements and develop a proposed design fulfilling said requirements, identify potential impacts of a given design recommendation, knowledge of other technologies and their network requirements/impact, ability to produce comprehensive yet understandable technical documentation (e.g., design document, diagrams).
  • Knowledge of 3GPP Specifications for 5G/LTE, specifically Rel-15/16 and beyond.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) and advance technologies such as AI/ML, Computer Vision
  • Experience with and knowledge of Wi-Fi and familiarity with concepts of private networking.
  • Experience with Cellular Wireless technologies (4G/5G), software defined networking, cloud and edge.
  • Experience with wireless [both 4G and 5G], software defined networking, cloud, and edge networks. Strong technical acumen for 5G NSA and SA architecture.
  • Willingness to travel 25%
  • Valid driver's license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Demonstrated expertise in correlating business drivers and needs (financial drivers, impacts, and restrictions) into technical solutions, on proposed solutions.
  • Experience with any of the following: cellular WAN technologies and solutions, WAN optimization, Wireless LAN, datacenter technologies (load balancers, datacenter switching, etc.), virtualization technologies and concepts (Hypervisors, orchestration, software defined datacenter, NFV, etc.), security appliances and concepts (firewalls, IPS/IDS, identity management, access controls, etc.).
  • Strong technical acumen for 5G architecture and end to end solution discussions.
  • A network virtualization expert with experience integrating LAN/WAN and cloud networks.
  • A solid understanding of wireless [both 4G and 5G], software defined networking, cloud, and edge networks. Strong technical acumen for 5G NSA and SA architecture.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $129,000 and $239,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
