What you’ll be doing...

The Executive Producer - Manager of Brand Imagery role will be a key member of the growing photo department. This role will report to the Creative Director, Head of Photography, partnering with them to develop a world-class photo department. Working alongside the larger Integrated Production Team this role will lead production for the photography team. They will develop, plan, and coordinate multiple productions from concept through completion. This dedicated and enthusiastic person will take full ownership of projects, overseeing all steps of the production process. They will be well-versed in a wide variety of production techniques.

  • Produce complex, high-profile integrated (photography and supporting video) productions from concept through completion.
  • Create and manage an "overall vision" for each production.
  • Interface with stakeholders and work closely with their teams to ensure needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project.
  • Have an overall creative point of view for the specific productions and be able to deliver the CCO and GCD’s vision successfully.
  • Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables within budget.
  • Partner with a creative team to deliver upon their vision while adhering to budget and schedule parameters.
  • Engage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive with outside services.
  • Source and manage multiple external vendors and partners.
  • Negotiate complex vendor and talent contracts.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in advertising, editorial, or in-house agency production, production company, or media production.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree, preferably a BFA in Photography or Design.
  • Experience leading large-scale photography productions.
  • Command of modern digital and video production, equipment and processes, including experience with multiple video formats.
  • Solid understanding of talent and production Unions.
  • Experience managing and hiring external creative partners (photographers, directors, editors, external producers, hair stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, prop/scenic designers).
  • Experience with casting and booking models/actors.
  • Familiarity working with unions and an understanding of union rules.
  • Experience with still and motion licensing, hiring, negotiating rates, and contracts.
  • Experience with a Reel.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Ability to adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.
  • Experience with photo and digital productions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and helps bring energy and enthusiasm to the team on a creative level.
  • Ability to work well leading a team and be comfortable both giving direction and receiving it from others.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with good observational and presentation skills.
  • Time management, flexibility, and organizational skills.
