What you’ll be doing...

The Analyst may act as a primary contact with Verizon’s customers during their project implementation with responsibilities that include; order entry, coordination with design and engineering teams, provisioning, logistics and scheduling, dispatch of technical resources, database management and fulfillment milestones.

E911 responsibilities include data entry for various Verizon Business and XO Communication 911 products across multiple platforms.

The Analyst will work closely with senior team members resolving more complex or technical 911 issues. Must have the ability to resolve 911 issues through critical thinking. Strong communication and organization skills are necessary.

  • Manage 911 order fallout/discrepancy receipt.
  • Verify and correct 911 discrepancies.
  • 911 change order creation and submission.
  • Complete mandatory 911 audits annually.
  • Resolve customer 911 maintenance ticket issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates.
  • Perform address verification of the order with customer, local 911 Service Provider and sales.
  • Inform customers and/or internal stakeholders of milestones updates throughout process.
  • Assist management with gathering of information for process and system issues.
  • Complete Root Cause Analysis if/as needed.
  • Attend meetings with the account team, stake holders, and customers to maintain strong business relationships and clear lines of communication.
  • Understand and follow processes for Order Managers.
  • Complete all applicable training.

In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Word and Google Suite applications.
  • One or more years of industry-specific technical experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Verizon Business ordering and provisioning support experience.
  • Verizon Business 911 database support experience.
  • Excellent communication experience.
