What you’ll be doing...

Working as a part of the central strategy team, this role requires you to primarily work with the Manager within the Business Operations Team to process procurement/ telecom requests and support the execution internal procurement / telecom strategies to cater to high delivery with zero defects in processing data.

  • Process data from various source systems by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard operating procedures.
  • Process data as required in the respective IT Systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Rivermine).
  • Coordinate work across diverse teams globally, including vendors that support business functions.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Create reports to share findings and recommendations with the internal team and other stakeholders. Bring optimization to the process and improvise reporting of data or issues/exception.
  • Responsible for the analysis of the systems / financial entries / processes for the approval and inspection of the long term and short term business needs.
  • Ensuring that proper decisions are made concerning levels of concern for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data on systems.
  • Capturing and documenting meetings, producing reports, presentations and other documentation and reporting status to all stakeholders and team members.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel), Google’s G-Suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides), and other IT systems.
  • Knowledge on any ERP / IT Systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Rivermine).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Experience working on invoice processing and working with account managers to resolve issues.
  • A go-getter with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently and drive issues to resolutions.
  • Strong presentation (e.g., decks, insights) skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong detail-orientation and possess strong analytical capabilities.
