  • Initiates, drives and manages the overall innovation strategy and direction for key enterprise clients of Verizon Business Group.
  • Engage with executive-level leaders (C-level to VP level range) to establish joint partnership on Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation.
  • Provides guidance and thought leadership to the client on how to solvebusiness problems through integrated Verizon solutions (Customer Experience, Digital Workplace, Security, IoT, Network and Edge Compute solutions).
  • Works with the core account management teams to create, guide and execute funnel opportunities in the existing, run-rate business as well as strategic advanced solutions.
  • Operate in a matrix structure and lead a team of deal experts, and solution architects and will work alongside core sales, adoption specialists and customer service consultants. Those resources could be dedicated or shared across multiple accounts.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the finance / insurance domain.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience generating demand and developing a yearly and quarterly pipeline coverage strategy
  • Experience in both Enterprise IT and Operational Technology
  • Experience in Finance operations and/or consulting
  • Experience in financial modeling and projections
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas
  • Client centric orientation (design thinking, JTBD theory, etc.)
  • Active participation/Leadership in Industry Affiliation Groups
  • Proven ability to orchestrate and describe large, complex technical solutions
  • Proven ability to network and open doors to C-suite level executives and proven experience converting white space/green field opportunities
  • Proven ability to align the value proposition to each key stakeholder's objectives (guiding account strategy, demonstrating business impact/ROI etc.)
  • Ability to proactively engage with and lead teams in a cross-matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability of collaborating across the organization
  • Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and refine approach based on deep understanding of client culture and ability to implement
  • Demonstrated ability to sell the value of solutions through a consultative approach to the C-Suite
  • Ability to bring provocative and insightful thinking, and access to the company’s global network and portfolio to inspire and broaden/deepen client relationships
  • Ability to identify disruptive opportunities in an account on a 1-3 year scale
  • Experience leveraging market intelligence to perform competitor/ecosystem analysis
  • Ability to coach account resources on industry topics.
