What you’ll be doing...

The Business and Product Enablement Manager supports Verizon’s business wireless product portfolio spanning IoT, Private Networks & Fixed Wireless Access.

  • Supporting the definition & evolution of 1 – 3 year product strategies / roadmaps
  • Planning & ongoing governance of CapEx & OpEx
  • Partnering with corporate & business strategy teams to improve market sizing & forecasting tools
  • Collaborating on the development of direct & indirect channel distribution strategies
  • Analyzing product & customer data to derive critical insights and identify opportunities for improvements
  • Prepare & deliver executive product updates on performance, strategy & roadmap

Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You are a problem solver who is comfortable challenging the status quo with a “we can do this better” mindset. Youapproach each issue by identifying & understanding the issue, describing the desired outcome, proposing repeatable solution recommendations, communicating & stake-holdering the proposed approach, implementing the solution, and evaluating its effectiveness.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of the Internet of Things domain and wireless networking.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with business development, negotiating and collaboration with other stakeholders to launch products in an agile environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple complex projects against key deliverables and timelines.
  • Experience in product management and managing business cases.
  • Ability to make data and insights relevant to a non-expert audience
  • Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Experience working with indirect channels in operations, partner relationship management or partner program management.
  • Knowledge of the indirect channels and channel business models for the technology industry (as-a-service experience a plus).
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of curiosity and investigative mind-set with an attention to detail
  • Experience in examples of developing new processes and practices
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Authored thought leadership content for internal & external audiences
