What you’ll be doing...

  • Performs lower level technical activities for a single (or multiple) technologies / customers
  • Follows basic technical procedures for incident triage
  • Follows basic technical procedures for single user MACDs
  • Works under supervision of other team members
  • Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards to meet certification requirements.
  • Adhere to Verizon's policies such as security policy CPI-810

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Knowledge and experience in SDWAN Technology like Versa, Velocloud, Viptela, Silver Peak, and Fortinet.
  • Knowledge and experience on security devices like Cisco ASA and Fortinet FW.
  • Solid circuit testing and troubleshooting skills such for CPA, LTE, Broadband and DSL.
  • Strategic thinking and analytic skills.
  • Presentation skills with the ability to deliver report to a large audience.
  • A CCNA/CCNP certified.
  • Juniper certified.
  • A certified ITIL Foundation.
  • Knowledge and experience in programming and database administration.
  • Solid networking project skills.
