What you’ll be doing...

  • Leading the QA team in the ACT you are assigned to and take full ownership for the delivery.
  • Testing Chatbot across channels like Mobile, Web, Messaging & Agent Assist both Manual & Automation
  • Testing all changes in both lower & production and make sure there are no production outages.
  • Following Agile process completely in delivering work
  • Making sure at the end of the sprint, all the flows are automated and added to regression suite too by the team

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Web/Mobile Application testing.
  • Experience in UI automation (i.e Selenium Web Driver, Selenium Grid and Appium).
  • Knowledge of any test case management tool.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA).
  • Knowledge of and experience in Agile and Scrum models.
  • Knowledge of any Cloud based device usage tools like Perfecto, Headspin, Browserstack etc.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master's Degree.
  • Programming skills in Core Java.
  • Proficiency in creating automation test plans and test scripts.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Agile and Scrum models.
  • Experience with web service testing and API automation (e.g., Postman/REST Assure/VRest).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD Pipeline.
  • Basic idea on Chatbots.
