What you’ll be doing...

  • Delivering solutions using PEGA platform for Pega case management.
  • Leading a team to deliver projects as per the business requirements for each scheduled release (or sprint).
  • Applying complex algorithms when developing systems and applications to deliver business functions or architectural components.
  • Using functional expertise, acts as an advisor to management and makes recommendations on more complex projects.
  • Using professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.
  • Being part of the Pega community of Practice.
  • Managing and deliver all facets of application optimally through Pega capabilities.

Where you'll be working...

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four or more years of Pega work experience.
  • Pega CSSA certification.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Pega LSA certification.
  • Eight or more years of experience leading and delivering projects of Case Management and BPM.
  • Experience of utilizing Pega capabilities at scale with strong internal operational understanding.
  • Experience of building applications from scratch and designing with principles of reuse and optimization.
  • Experience on deploying strategies, propositions and tracking metrics for Pega and customer reach.
  • Knowledge of security vulnerabilities and implementing security by design UI design/Navigation experience.
  • Knowledge of the No SQL DBs.
  • Knowledge of agile process.
  • Experience designing of high quality and scalable architectural solutions and supporting the developers.
