What you’ll be doing...

The Analyst for Operations Support for Conversational Channels requires the ability to review detailed qualitative and quantitative data, excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills. In charge of supporting automation improvements to the conversational channels, which are TracFone’s largest and fastest growing transactional channels.

  • Working with Senior Analysts and Business Owners to understand business processes and conversational channels systems.
  • Monitoring production systems for performance.
  • Research escalated issues reported through various groups, including both production issues and testing defects.
  • Documentation and quantification of issues, analysis of impact on customers and business for appropriate prioritization.
  • Testing, including support of internal testers, developers, and third-party vendors during development and unit testing phases.
  • Support prioritization of the team’s backlog to align with company’s goals and projects that may impact the conversational channels.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience
  • Willingness to work after hours when needed.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree.
  • Must have experience withTracFonesystems or processes
  • Experience with defining problems, research and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data generated by internal systems.
  • Knowledge of basic algebra such as percentage and averages.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and department heads.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of motivation, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with management and work in a culturally diverse environment.
