What you’ll be doing...

  • Being a part of the UXR team in NTS UX team and helping the team members.
  • Working on coming up with new UXR framework.
  • Performing user interaction, user reviews and user interviews.
  • Helping the UXD team with providing insights from the UXR findings.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You have good technical skills to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive the business requirements, develop end to end personalized solutions for customers and communicate status and progress to leadership. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are able to interact with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to implement business solutions.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in UX various Design tools.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A Master's degree.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
