At Visible, the execution of key business initiatives on our company roadmap is crucial to the success of our teams.

  • Ensuring key initiatives are clearly defined, documented, and communicated across business units.
  • Supporting projects to completion removing any impediments to success.
  • Responsible for balancing conflicting interests and constraints of scope, time and budget while delivering quality.
  • Leveraging existing tools and meeting forums to track and communicating project status information and be responsible for project delivery.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholder groups such as Product Management, Care, Marketing and Engineering will be important to maintain visibility of the project risks and mitigations to inform decision making.
  • Supporting and ensuring processes are followed to provide structure to the business is an area the business will depend on you for.
  • Preparing for operational readiness during key launches as well as present at weekly governance meetings with the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) where you will report out status and facilitate further discussion.
  • Managing project management principles by drawing on knowledge of planning and monitoring projects to ensure the project stays on schedule and changes to dates are communicated.
  • Managing document project scope, risks, dependencies and timelines using our internal tools. (Smartsheet, Asana, G Suite, Jira/Confluence, etc.).
  • Managing stakeholder management across business teams including: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Care, Product Management, UX design, Network and Engineering.
  • Developing, establishing and leveraging key internal relationships to create a strong working team.
  • Establishing, creating and maintaining project documentation and status updates.
  • Managing and providing support to teams to drive action items and follow up on unanswered questions regarding project scope and dependencies.
  • Managing reporting and escalate issues with sensitivity to messaging to stakeholders and leadership as necessary.
  • Presenting to large audiences including Senior Leadership..
  • Maintaining a strong pulse on what is transpiring keeping teams informed while looking ahead to set expectations for upcoming work.
  • Managing diligent documentation,keeping multiple project plans and reporting accurate and up to date.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a project manager.
  • PMP certification or currently pursuing certification.

Even better if you have one or more of the following::

  • Degree in Marketing/Ecommerce, Business Admin or Information Technology.
  • Experience in cross- functional project management supporting fellow employees and leadership at an enterprise level.
  • Experience with agile methods (SCRUM or SAFe) within a digital environment.
  • Experience with the following: project planning software (gantt chart) such as Smartsheet, Asana, G suite, JIRA/Confluence.
  • PMP certification.
  • Project management experience applying PMI or industry standards.
  • Ability to anticipate changes and proactively plan and take action before risks become issues.
  • Ability to thrive in this entrepreneurial environment and embrace the challenge of delivering the best experience to our members in the simplest ways (knowing that simple requires a lot of work behind-the-scenes).
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile development methodologies to support a hybrid approach.
  • Experience at connecting with others, understanding multiple perspectives and work well with others to accomplish project goals.

If you are hired into a Colorado or New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $94,000 and $191,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience.  This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
