What you’ll be doing...

The Senior Marketing Analyst for SafeLink, will support the processes and implementation, execution, and measurement’s analysis of Revenue and Churn campaigns and strategies developed by the Marketing Manager. This position will also be responsible to access all tools used by the area as: ThoughtSpot, Qualtrics and Pega; perform analysis and presentations based on these tools.

  • Support the development and processes for implementation of key strategies, established by the Marketing Manager, to achieve SafeLink revenue goals.
  • Support the development and processes for implementation of key strategies, established by the Marketing Manager, to achieve SafeLink churn goals.
  • Lead and collaborate with other departments to guarantee in time implementation of revenue and churn initiatives. Conduct regular meetings with the different involved team members to verify the status of the requests and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results.
  • Responsible for Jobs request in the “Unica” platform and in the new “Pega” platform, jobs development and updates, assuring its alignment with the campaign, promotions, channels and market segmentation implementation.
  • Support the Marketing Manager by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the accuracy of internal and external traffic and activity reports (Data count, missing jobs, incorrect primary objective, etc.).
  • Support in identifying, communicating and keeping records of the key factors that led to the success of the campaigns results and also those that were not beneficial for the campaigns results, so that they can be avoided in the future.
  • Support CRM strategies by creating, tracking and monitoring on time development of all marketing creative, for each flow; maintain a calendar to assure on time delivery of the assets.
  • Create and maintain a creative log for all marketing materials. Track all creative’s changes

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Four years of work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret data and complex business processes
  • Creative, analytical, and people skills.
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret market research studies and data.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of people internally and externally.
  • Ability to operate in a multi task environment.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Ability to solve conflicting situations.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Spanish language skills
