What you’ll be doing...
This position is responsible to manage major Retail accounts, interfacing with their various departments regarding questions, managing the AR aging and informing management about status of collections and outstanding claims. Interfacing with customer in relation to past due accounts, must be familiar with retailer’s software and reports to ensure payments are received on time and identify account issues and possible deductions. Provide financial, analytical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate deduction resolution and reconciliation for accounts. Specific duties will require the review and processing invoices and claims, resulting in payment application, credits and/or denial and collection of balances. This position requires strong communication skills to interact with our customers, account managers and other employees and departments by phone and email.
