What you’ll be doing...

  • Being responsible for the End User Support Techs located in Northern Europe.
  • Ensuring the Verizon internal staff receive a high level of service related to the resolution of IT issues.
  • Taking full ownership of projects related to the EMEA, APAC & LatAm client environment and ensure they are completed to schedule and on budget.
  • Being responsible for maintaining teams SLA scores as agreed with stakeholders.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience in leading global customer facing IT Support teams.
  • Experience in developing and leading a large team across more than one country.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Good vendor management skills.
  • Ability to manage large, complex projects and initiatives affecting multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of emotional intelligence and ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Ability to manage with accountability and authority.
  • Ability to find and implement improvements to working practices.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or lead a busy team.
